About the event

Rachel Skaw of Elevate Health, in partnership with BeWell Marquette, is offering a two-hour virtual small group workshop aimed at sharing mind body skills to help curb holiday stress. Even though the holidays will look quite different this year, stress will undoubtedly still be present. How our bodies and our minds react to stress, however, is something that can be modified by utilizing mind body skills such as meditation, guided imagery, autogenics, and mindfulness practices. Please join us for this interactive event where the skills will be experienced and shared. This is an opportunity to learn as well as to connect with others via the Zoom platform and the use of your camera and microphone is expected. Further details will be received via email as the event date gets closer. Cost is $25.

This is an introduction to what the 8-week Mind Body Skills Group that Rachel will be offering in January 2021 looks and feels like. Rachel is an advanced practitioner through the Center for Mind Body Medicine and is extremely passionate and grateful to be able to share her knowledge with her community.
